Problem with 45 is the deficit you are working with from the start. Maxed PKers are roaming the game at popular tele spots, farming patches etc while camping singles and using level 3 accounts to scout popular locations. You'll also see people scout @ banks, e.g. if you use Ectophial at the GE, you'll get called out and probably be hit before you can even finish. -
