My reward for slaving off and gathering is the satisfaction in victory at the end, and doing it for the boys. However, if you are running low on motivation and need support through incentives, I understand where you're coming from. And if you want an incentive, there's no need for a complex system. Just ask for what you need, as an individual. And the clan will see what it can do to cater for your needs.

Should not be payed to gather supplies, if people have spare money they should perhaps give it to the banker or whatever to buy stuff.
