wtf just warmed up my pasta for 3mins in microwave and its still not hot

u gotta cover it with plastic wrap then heat it up smh. Aussies these days. -
try adding a metal teaspoon in the middle, since metal heats up a lot faster than pasta the heat will spread very quickly heating up your food in no time! -

The way to properly heat it up is to create a circle in the middle, and make sure your microwave plate spins. If a plate doesn't spin, the heat isn't distributed evenly.
Additionally, you can try the above methods ^ although, when you cover your plate, always leave a small opening for the evaporated air to escape.
