this is where you are wrong tho, they can redo it until nobody shows a sign of disconnecting, give players time to restart router, connect 4g to computer etc. 

Well unless everyone streams it, when ppl are doing bad they can just claim they getting ddosed. The tourney will never end. I understand you point but realistically there isnt much they can do.

If you think about it restarting is useless because they will be able to ddos again so what is the solution to this problem?
