      Don't bother going for rune scims dude, we will have dragon scims in no time, using Tier5 emblems. or Tier 1 through slayer. And i think mm1 is auto completed, there will be 12 worlds. You can buy D scim with gp easily

      Problem with 45 is the deficit you are working with from the start. Maxed PKers are roaming the game at popular tele spots, farming patches etc while camping singles and using level 3 accounts to scout popular locations. You'll also see people scout @ banks, e.g. if you use Ectophial at the GE, you'll get called out and probably be hit before you can even finish.
